You will see I just posted an article about a huge weekend for the Chippewas in recruiting coming up. Just wanted to give a little more inside info for you...
The Chippewas are right about even right now as far as scholarship numbers go. However, with the hopes of signing a few more kids to this class, CMU will have some attrition heading into next season.
They will have the opportunity to give a few guys medical redshirts, which will free up scholarship spots. One of those guys headed that way for sure is quarterback Jake Johnson, who suffered from concussions all season and is still seeking help. The rest will be known after the recruiting off-season gets cleared up and we head into next spring.
