Joeviair Kennedy, a western Michigan basketball player, is set to be arraigned in court today on charges of murder during an armed robbery of a fellow student. He was robbing a cell phone and cash at an off campus apartment. The victim was 19 years old.
Kennedy was a bench player for the Broncos and made an appearance in almost every game this season. The incident took place last week and he has been removed from the team's website.
