Due to being 40 Bowl games, the Chips snagged a date with Tulsa in the Miami Bowl.
I sort of cringed when I saw the opponent. Tulsa is 9-3 and plays a high-tempo/high scoring brand of football. It's going to be tough but the program will be blessed with 15 extra practices. It's pretty much like having a 2nd spring practice to work with.

Might also be a unique opportunity because Bono has actively recruited Florida since arriving as coach. Might be a good way spread the brand, if you will.

I also like the tone coming out of the football office.
In years past, getting a bowl game was akin to winning a championship.
Not this year. While Bono was happy to accept the invitation, there was no celebration.
Coach came right out and said that he's not happy with 6-6, and if there is anyone in the building who is, they don't belong there.
