Well, for the first time since March 12th we will have a live event related to sports. A couple of cmu names on the radar as potential Day 3 (Saturday) picks.
Jonathan Ward - projected round 6-7
Mike Danna (transfer) - projected round 6-7
Daquan Jamison - UDFA projected
Ward and Danna have a chance to be drafted late if teams like the film enough. Ward was hurt big time by not having a pro day but he did participate in the NFLPA bowl which was a huge boost for his stock. If not for an injury filled 2018, ward would likely be a draft pick in the round 5-7 range. Fumbles and concussions have hurt his stock but he's an elite athlete with pass catching skills out of the backfield.
Danna had a monster junior season at cmu before transferring to UM. Have to wonder, if he stayed at cmu and had another huge year would it have helped him more? He's got the talent and he's ranked somewhere in the 25-30 range for all DE prospects. A team could draft him.
Jamison is unlikely to be drafted but he's got good ball skills and should get the chance to compete for a roster spot this summer.
