The bad news: CMU lost, and now are out of the race for a MAC West title.
The good news: This team showed a lot of heart and fight last night. It's clear that they are one year away from being a very strong football team.
It was another close game that they had a chance to win, but couldn't finish. Once they can learn to finish off opponents they will be a dangerous group.
Hard to not be proud of the effort last night. It's okay to be a little bummed they didn't win, that's a good indicator of where the program is at this point.
