I'll leave impressions of the kid to Kris, who wrote the article. I'm linking his highlights to this post. His motion is a bit awkward (almost looks like a shotput) and I'm not sure how much zip he has on his ball, because the film quality isn't great. I will say that his accuracy is somewhat impressive. He seems like he has good pocket presence and can put the ball where he wants the majority of the time.
